Return Policy

 

We will only accept apparels that are:

-unworn, unwashed, unaltered (Excludes sale items)

*A REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE AT POINT OF PURCHASE*

*DO NOT MAIL ANY PARCEL TO US WITHOUT VALIDATION FROM US FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND*

For a refund or exchange, please follow the following steps:

*Ensure that the heading of the email is "Refund/Exchange" for a faster reply*

4. Requesting for Exchange/refund? Please state.

A. If it is an exchange, please provide us with the alternate apparel you would like to purchase. There will be no refunds if the amount does not add up to the original amount paid. 

B. If it is a refund, please provide us with:

-Type of bank account

-Bank account number

5.Reason for request:

eg: Colour run, ordered wrong colour , ordered wrong size

For refund request, please take pictures of the defect and attach it to the email.

6. Preferred way of collection:

For exchanges:

Choose:

A. Pick it up within Singapore Polytechnic, we will reply you with more details if this option is chosen.

B. Normal Mail (Free)

C. Registered mail (Chargeable amount of $4)

 

Please read:

 

-We will reply within 4 working days and after we confirm and state in the email that refunds are valid, you may then mail it back to us via registered mail.

 

You may then track if your parcel has reached us via your own carrier with your tracking number.

 

After we receive the parcel,

-For exchanges:

We will email you shortly after we have processed the exchange for payment of delivery before we dispatch the goods back to you.

-For refunds:

After we have processed the refund, we will inform you via email.

 

** Kindly note:

-All apparel for refund and exchanges will be accepted through mailing only.

-All parcels mailed to and fro for *exchanges* are at your own cost. If you want it to be mailed back to you via registered mail, there will be a chargeable cost of $4.

- All parcels mailed to and fro for *refunds* will be reimbursed if it is valid.   

-Request for exchange and refunds can only be done within 7 days from the day of purchase.

-Items will have to reach us within 7 working days from day we reply your email with validation.

-All refunds and exchange will take 5 working days to process upon us receiving the parcel.

- Mail all parcels back via carrier that allows for tracking

-Do not dispose of the mailing receipt until you have been informed that we have received the parcel

- We reserve the right to reject any request for exchange or refund
